Party Partners update Terms – Minimum Payment and Negaive Carroveryt

4.4 Minimum Payment and Time of Payment. All Subject to the exceptions set out in this section 4.4, Affiliate Accruals generated through your chosen Payment Plan will be paid into your Affiliate Cashier Account within fifteen (15) days of the close of each calendar month. We may in our sole discretion impose reasonable restrictions on the frequency and amounts that can be cashed out of your Affiliate Cashier Account for administrative convenience and/or to protect the security of your account. At our sole discretion, we may impose a policy that if Where the amount due is negative or less than USD10 in any particular month, then Affiliate Accruals generated by an Affiliate in respect of the traffic you send sent to Partypoker.comany of PartyPoker.com, Empirepoker.comEmpire Poker.com, WPTPoker.com and/ or and/or Gamebookerspoker.com (i) any negative amount will carry over and will be deducted against the following month, and (ii) "Poker Sites") in any amount given calendar month are less than USD10will , we may, at our sole discretion, elect to withhold payment of those Affiliate Accruals in that calendar month and carry those amounts over and so that the Affiliate Accruals for each of the Poker Sites become payable only in the calendar month in which the total amount of Affiliate Accruals generated for the relevant Site exceeds USD10. Any negative amounts generated in accordance with this clause 4.4; respect of a Poker Site will be carried over and will be deducted against any Affiliate Accruals payable in the subsequent calendar month; Where in any calendar month a negative amount in excess of USD5,000 is generated in respect of traffic you send sent to any of PartyCasino.com, Gamebookerscasino.com Gamebokerscasino.com and/ or WPTCasino.com we may impose a policy that if (the amount due is "Casino Sites") such negative by more than USD five thousand, amounts generated in respect of each Casino Site will be carried over and will be deducted against any Affiliate Accruals payable in respect of that Casino Site in the subsequent calendar month. Where in any calendar month a negative amount in excess of USD five thousand USD2,000 is generated in respect of traffic sent to any of PartyBets.com and/ or Gamebookers.com (the "Bets Sites") such negative amounts generated in respect of a Bet Site will carry be carried over and will become payable be deducted against any Affiliate Accruals payable in respect of that Bets Site in the following subsequent calendar month.
